I am very excited to announce that I have partnered with Klarna to bring you new ways to pay at the checkout. It's a safe and simple way to order what you want, when you want it.

What is Klarna?

Klarna is a payment service that allows customers to make instant purchases and then either pay in full up to 30 days later (any purchase amount) or split the cost into 3 monthly payments ((available on purchases over £35)

Do I qualify for using Klarna?

You must be at least 18 years old, hold a UK bank account linked with a UK residential address.

What are the two ways I can pay with Klarna

PAY LATER WITH KLARNA:

Once your order’s been sent, you’ll have 30 days to pay Klarna, and you’ll get a reminder before payment is due.


PAY LATER IN 3 WITH KLARNA:

Split your purchase into 3 equal payments. The first instalment will be taken from your card when you place your order. The next two remaining payments will be automatically charged 30 and 60 days later. You will get notifications when your payment is due and when it’s collected. This options is available for purchases over £35.

Will Klarna impact my Credit Score?

Klarna may run a soft credit search that does not affect a customers credit score and is only visible on your credit file by you and Klarna. 

Neither Klarna nor Haus of JB run credit searches that could impact your credit rating. This includes at the point of application, if a payment is missed, or if the outstanding balance enters a debt collection stage.

If your application is rejected please do not feel disheartened, there could be a number of reasons and you can get clarity by contacting Klarna directly. We would recommend choosing another payment type if this happens.
